EARLY BIRD TICKET HOLDERS PICK UP - NEW PROCEDURE

******NEW FOR 2026 BLADE SHOW WEST

The first 50 Early Bird Ticket holders to pick up their wristbands on Thursday, will receive a corresponding number 1-50 which will assign their position in line on Friday morning. YOU MUST BE PRESENT WHEN WE HAND OUT THE NUMBERS AND NO SAVING PLACES FOR FRIENDS/FAMILY.

The first 50 people to pick up their Early Bird wristbands will be lined up between 8:00-8:30 AM on Friday morning based on the number they received.  If you arrive after 8:30 AM, your place in line will be lost.

If you wish to wait in line on Thursday during the day, to be one of the first 50, the best entrance to enter for BLADE Show West is the South Temple entrance right next to the Radisson hotel. You will see the Will Call registration counters located in the lobby area outside Exhibit Hall 4 (see map below - look for our logo and red star).

If you are one of the first 50 and have received your wristbands, you will NOT need to check back in on Friday and will line up in your designated line on Friday morning between 8:00-8:30 AM.

If you do not receive a 1-50 number; then you will have the option to still spend the night and line up as part of the next group to enter on Friday morning.

Doors to the convention center will open at 6:00 AM.  At that time, you may enter the facility and line up starting at the Will Call Registration counters located outside Exhibit Hall

The Will Call registration counter will open at 8:30 AM (only early bird ticket holders may pick up their wristbands at this time).  You will enter the Show at 10:00 AM.
